Rules and Regulations.

 

Any student who is found to be in undesirable activities such as physical assault, damage to property, etc., will be liable to the following punishments: 

 

• He will be expelled from the hostel.
• The cost of damage will be fully recovered from him together with the penalty.

 

 

COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

• General damage to the hostel property will be the collective responsibility of all the residents and they will be required to make good such damage if the students who caused the damage could not be identified. 

• Students should not possess or consume any tobacco/alcohol/drug items inside the hostel.  If found, the student will be suspended from the hostel.

• No person of the opposite is permitted.(Girls not allowed) 

• No overnight guests are permitted in a student’s room without the permission of the owner. 

• Students must keep the Campus & Rooms clean. Defacing walls, equipment, furniture, etc., is strictly prohibited.

• All lights must be switched off before 11 pm in the rooms. Only study lamps are permitted.

• The residents of the hostel are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.  They are advised to keep under lock all valuable items such as laptops,  Mobile  Phone,  etc.

• Inmates are required to switch off the tube lights and fans before they leave their rooms. 

• Students should not enter rooms of other students without permission.

• Inmates are expected to maintain discipline in the hostel and not to cause inconvenience to other fellow inmates.  In this regard the time period from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am is treated as “Silence Hour“ and students are expected to maintain silence and not disturb others during these hours.

• The hostel owner/ manager should not be asked to enter the hostel room on any account.

• Residents are required to park the cycles only in the space provided for them in an orderly manner.

 

 

USE OF APPLIANCES 

 

• The use of electrical appliances such as immersion heaters, electric stove/heaters (Except electric iron) is forbidden.

• Private cooking in the hostels/student’s room is strictly forbidden. Such appliances, if found will be confiscated and a fine will also be imposed. 

 

 

HOSTEL LEAVING.

 

• If any student wants to leave Hostel, he must be inform to the owner and also give written notice before One month. 

• After leaving the hostel, if luggage of any student placed in the hostel, the student has to pay full month Hostel Charges.

 

 

FEES PAYMENT.

 

• Hostel fee payment will have to pay every month of 1st week, otherwise, the fine will be added.

• The hostel reserves the right to change the fee without any prior notice.
